WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY - Perfected online marketing to help drive e-commerce sales with a suggestive selling approach to help increase product sales and impulse buys in 2001 with X-10 Wireless Technologies. This was based on traditional retail sales and customer service experience.

MOBILE TECHNOLOGY - Introduced thumb drive memory technology for USB Drives & JMTek to North America at CES and in Europe at CeBit in Hannover, Germany.

RESTAURANT SERVICE - Conceptualized and outlined the feasibility for testing the "ORDER TO-GO" curbside park and pick-up concept for Applebee's restaurants around the Great Lakes, before it was rolled out across the US. This was to increase lunch orders. It eventually increased revenue for dinner orders and win back fast food customers.

TELECOM - Built and launched the first ecommerce web site for a Sprint and USAA partnership selling virtual calling cards.

SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS - Introduced mobile enterprise solutions with web-based (now cloud based) automated inventory control systems for the medical device distribution chain.
