Chrishelle Palay delved into community consulting in Houston, Texas where she leads efforts to provide strategic consulting and community engagement services to non-profits, philanthropic foundations and government agencies. Prior to stepping into this role, she lead a successful career practicing architecture where she specialized in high rise multifamily design and development. Chrishelle’s extensive architecture background allows for an ideal melding of design, community development & impact, and policy review.

Chrishelle works closely with policy advocates, government agencies and grassroot community organizations to affect positive change in historically underserved communities.
