Mr. Allen earned his B.A. with honors in Arts and Music Performance/Sociology
at Rutgers University. A member of the jazz ensemble, he served as drum captain for two years and participated in the Michael Carvin Drum Percussion Ensemble. He completed his J.D. at Seton Hall Law School. A member of the International Law Society, he studied abroad in Kyoto, Japan, during law school.
