Alicia Fraccola

An actress and land developer, Alicia Fraccola has worked in every facet of real estate. For several years, she owned a Coldwell Banker office in Rome, New York, during which time she managed more than three dozen agents and was recognized as one of the system’s top real estate producers in the country. She is now self-employed and is currently developing a community in upstate New York. In this capacity, she works with zoning committees, home builders, and architects to execute her plan for the community. As an actress, Alicia Fraccola has appeared in such shows as Royal Pains and Infamous. She was also an extra in feature films, including The Wolf of Wall Street and American Hustle.

In her free time, Alicia Fraccola enjoys playing golf. She has played competitively for several years at the women’s amateur level in New York, and particularly enjoys playing the courses at Bethpage Black on Long Island and at Pebble Beach in California. She participates in spinning and yoga, and regularly attends TRX classes. A fan of travel, Ms. Fraccola has been to Italy, Spain, and France several times, and would love to go on an African safari at some point in the future.

An active member of her community, Alicia Fraccola belongs to the Yahnundasis Country Club and the Fort Schuyler Club. She supports breast cancer awareness foundations and adoption education..
