In addition, Cho is the host of “Big Stars, Big Giving,” an annual one-hour special devoted to the charitable work of celebrities.

She also hosts “Fashion: Backstage Pass,” a behind-the-scenes look at the latest trends in the industry, including interviews with up-and-coming and established designers, tastemakers and brands.

“Fashion: Backstage Pass” will air on CNN Saturday, September 17th at 2:30pmET.

Cho was part of the Peabody and Emmy award-winning CNN team that covered the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina from New Orleans.

Before joining CNN, Cho was an anchor and correspondent for ABC News.

In May 2010, Cho received an honorary doctorate of Humane Letters from Old Dominion University for her contributions to journalism.

Cho earned a master’s degree in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in communications from Boston College.
