He writes a monthly article for Muscle & Fitness Magazine and creates video series for clients like Men's Fitness, GNC, and MusclePharm. He started lifting weights in 1992 and started as a Personal Trainer at Bally's Chicago in 1999. He is one of the Head Fitness Instructors for all the police departments in Arizona.
