Austin Rolnick

As a managing member of Typhon Realty in Mountainside, New Jersey, Austin Rolnick helps lead a multifaceted real estate investment and development firm. Typhon purchases and manages commercial and investment properties, facilitates multiparty real estate investment agreements, and operates limited partnerships for the provision of equipment and services to multifamily residences. Playing a key role in managing and growing Typhon’s portfolio, Mr. Rolnick evaluates commercial property for potential acquisition. He also assesses opportunities for investment in development projects and procures financing from banks and financial institutions. Since joining the company, Austin Rolnick has contributed to the execution of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions, such as the $6 million dollar purchase of the 60,000-square-foot Skyline Plaza in West Orange, New Jersey.

Outside of his professional career in real estate, Mr. Rolnick contributes to those who are less fortunate. In addition to routinely soliciting donations of used clothing to ship to orphanages in Kenya and St. Martin, he is working together with his colleagues at Typhon to organize a company clothes drive for the upcoming holiday season.

In his free time, Austin Rolnick enjoys reading the Wall Street Journal, watching the New York Giants and New Jersey Devils play, and listening to music ranging from opera to hip-hop.
