She began her career as a Bureau Reporter in Iron Mountain, Michigan with WLUCTV6 and, after a year, was relocated to the main station as a General Assignment Reporter, Anchor and Producer in Negaunee.

Beth was named Reporter of the Year by the Michigan Association of Broadcasters. She also received merit for an investigative piece on town officials accused of giving themselves illegal pay raises and for a series on the dangers and devastation of methamphetamine which delved into the physical and financial burden the drug is having on the local community and law enforcement. Both of her merits were story ideas she dug up on her own.

Beth is a Graduate from the College of Staten Island with a BA, double minor and the Alpha Kappa Delta International Honor Society. The concrete jungle provided Beth with a solid foundation in her career with internships at MTV Networks, Inside Edition and Fox News Channel.

" Why do I love journalism? Because it's a chance to make a difference."
