Brandon Belanger

A Certified Public Accountant and Senior Audit Associate with Rothstein Kass in Walnut Creek, California, Brandon Belanger handles various audit and tax responsibilities for some of the firm’s largest clients. A longtime resident of Walnut Creek and the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Belanger set the stage for his career while an undergraduate at California State University, East Bay (CSUEB), in Hayward, where he pursued studies in Accounting and Business Administration. During his time at CSUEB, Brandon Belanger took part in such campus organizations as the Accounting Association, in addition to the school’s chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, the international honor society for accounting, finance, and information systems students. Graduating from CSUEB with his Bachelor of Science in 2008, Mr. Belanger subsequently passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination and joined the Walnut Creek office of Rothstein Kass.

Since then, Brandon Belanger has proven an integral member of the team at Rothstein Kass, where he audits hedge funds and fund of funds, handles accounting for derivative financial products, and operates as a key point of contact for the company and its clients. Among his numerous accomplishments, Mr. Belanger has accumulated a sterling record of performance evaluations, and served in a supervisory role on a number of major projects. A member of both the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Brandon Belanger upholds the highest professional and ethical standards of the accounting industry.
