I started my career in the rapid-growth online poker industry and along the way I developed a passion for improving global e-commerce platforms and strategies, as well as the burning need to ensure customer satisfaction and create operational excellence within business operations. I've personally found that intense focus in these areas will ultimately improve customer experience, directly impacting the bottom line.
