Hi my name is Carmen, and I am a Metaphorical Lyricist, A Poet Laureate and I like to think of myself as a soft centering haven in a world mixed with joy, magic and mayhem. While You may go out into a simple night and take a walk to shake off the stressor's of the day, I walk gazing up into the Sapphire night, a starlight canopy that often sweeps me into other realms as the rest of the world is hushed. I grew up in a Small town, with big Ancient trees, a passionate love of nature and walks with the Divine. You may see logic as your favorite companion, one that keeps your world solid and predictable which is often wise.

I on the other hand invite whimsy and sometimes even bewitching chameleons, to take a stroll down a magic lamplit lane, the scent of wisteria filling my senses, lightening bugs glimmering in the honeysuckle and blackberry thickets, all blessing me with a multidimensional depth with observation as my beloved Guide. Hands entwined, Moonlight skipping through magnolia trees, easily as tall as the pines, night blooming jasmine scattered in my hair all of these balance my tendencies toward's perfectionism and being overly analytical. Now I am not saying that either path is the truest sojourn, but for me I love what is between the notes unsung, and that which waits in the shadow's of verses already written, almost as much as what is plainly read! I guess it stand's to reason that when I chose Psychology and Early Childhood education as my Degree areas that counseling and working with learning impaired children were a natural course of variation for me. Through Prayer and journeying on twisted road's that run off hidden in the woods, gathering posies, roses and other odd's an end's to sit a top my apothecary, I am also a bit of an Alchemist that enjoys walking fine delicate lines. As A Writer for Synchronicity In Your Life magazine, this allows me to both stretch the arms of my intellect, with my other brilliant colleagues, and to share with the world on a global basis, verses tucked into both my mind and heart, and dreams, visioning and insight's that I hope to share and infuse a bit of healing and soft loving warmth and renewal with my reader's. After all, we are all here to restore and rejuvenate each other and our World!
