Responsible for visit generation and resort-wide sales promotion, customer research, mountain events, public/media relations and the definition and maintanence of the Stevens Pass brand.

Experience: Began career as Marketing and Sales intern while attending University of Puget Sound. College was followed by stints working with Rossignol North America and Stein Eriksen Sport. In 2004 returned to Stevens Pass as Marketing Manager drawn by the cultural aspects of the Pacific Northwest. Two years later was named Director of Marketing Services. Since returning to Stevens Pass the marketing program has been fine tuned into the culturally rich, data driven machine it is today.

Awarded 20 Under 30 by Ski Area Management (SAM) Magazine and described as “a seasoned backcountry skier and pro-wrangler for high-profile video shoots, Rudolph’s reputation for excellence expands beyond the slopes and into Seattle’s vibrant urban culture”. His work at Stevens Pass has garnered national attention. Since joining the team in 2004, Stevens Pass has won two NSAA Marketing Awards and has figured prominently in major ski and snowboard films from a first of its kind 3D segment in Teton Gravity Research’s Light the Wick, to tailored projects for Matchstick Productions, Standard and Absinthe Films, as well as been featured in numerous snowsports publications ranging from Transworld Snowboarding to Powder Magazine.

The marketing trademark of Stevens Pass during the last 8 years has been pairing a data- driven discipline, along with the integral relationship-driven realties of culture and lifestyle and cutting edge in-action sports marketing. By personally ‘living the brand,’ sharing the love and enthusiasm for Stevens Pass and Washington’s Cascade Mountains in all he does brings authenticity to the marketing effort. In 2010, this passion was recognized in the “Seattle 100: Portrait of a City,” publication and multimedia project by Chase Jarvis, as a person who both “drives and defines” Seattle’s unique culture.
