Chris Tschirhart

An accomplished project manager and engineer with many years of experience in the field, Chris Tschirhart most recently worked as a senior engineer with Anderson Perry & Associates in La Grande, Oregon. In this capacity, he has overseen a wide range of projects, including the La Grande Surface Water Management Plan, the La Grande Urban Growth Boundary Expansion, and the Morgan Lake Emergency Spillway and Morgan Lake Dam Emergency Action Plan. In addition to serving as a mentor for junior engineers and project managers, Chris Tschirhart designed a new quality control program for the firm.

Before joining Anderson Perry & Associates, Chris Tschirhart spent more than a decade as a project manager with the Regional Transportation Commission in Reno, Nevada. During his time with the organization, he oversaw all aspects of transit projects such as the 4th Street Station Transit Center in Reno and the Centennial Plaza Transit Center in Sparks.

Chris Tschirhart holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a master of business administration from Texas State University.
