They call me Ctut. I write software, things like frameworks, applications, utilities, tools, and games. I have worked at Microsoft in one capacity or another since the beginning of 1995, starting in QA, moving into development, and then most recently helping to deliver Microsoft's BPOS administration site as their middle-tier/client-side web UI architect. I have had the pleasure and honor of helping projects build effective teams while saving them millions of dollars in lost time by qualifying more than 500 positions for over 200 managers, and interviewing ~2000 candidates for middle to high end development, test, program management, DBA, DBE and CEO positions. I am passionate about contributing to the success of projects I work on and look for opportunities to apply my skills, experience, and knowledge where and when needed.
