Chuck Miller

Chuck Miller is a senior insights executive and business owner with expert knowledge of the online industry. A former AOL and Time Warner vice president, Miller co-founded Digital Marketing Services (DMS) and later served as Chief Research Officer of uSamp.

Chuck's specialties include marketing research and data interpretation, marketing and brand development, loyalty programs, online advertising, social media measurement, sentiment analysis of unstructured data, multivariate statistical analyses, web analytics, BI and CRM systems, tech infrastructure (as a former CTO)... basically, all things geeky related to data!

A recognized online marketing research expert, Miller publishes, speaks and leads many research industry initiatives. Miller co-founded the EXPLOR Awards, presented annually by the AMA and IIR for the most innovative research applications. For his pioneering work in online marketing research, Miller was named Inventor of a U.S. patent. He holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University.
