Contemplicity

Contemplicity.com was first registered in February 2002. Previous incarnations of this site were hosted on Angelfire.com from 1996 until 1998, and (the now extinct) Geocities.com from 1998 until 2002.

The original site started out as an online photo album. Over time it grew to include a blog, poetry, short stories, drawings, paintings, rants, essays, and much more. Eventually the site became massive and unruly. Different sections of the site each took on their own unique looks, as well as their own coding problems.

Contemplicity.com was gradually replaced by many of the free automated services (such as LiveJournal, Deviantart, Flickr, and Facebook).  In the spring of 2009, Contemplicity.com was relaunched to serve as a growing digital nexus and portfolio.

Contemplicity.com currently runs on the WordPress publishing platform and is hosted by Site5.
