Crescent Bank and Trust

New Orleans, LA

Crescent Bank & Trust has been providing financial services to its customers for more than two decades. Since 1991, Crescent Bank & Trust has offered a variety of products and services, including personal and commercial checking and savings accounts and CDs, as well as automobile loans for sub-prime customers.

Crescent Bank and Trust was originally formed to acquire the properties of Columbia Homestead, a savings and loan bank. Over the past twenty-plus years, Crescent Bank and Trust has remained committed to assisting higher-risk clients in establishing positive credit, as well as providing them with an alternative to the traditional funding options available during the automobile purchasing process. Headquartered in New Orleans, Crescent Bank & Trust has grown to include thirty-five locations throughout the state of Louisiana and several other states.

In addition to providing financial services to its clientele, Crescent Bank & Trust maintains a presence in the local community through the efforts of Gary Solomon, Sr., the bank’s Chairman of the Board. Mr. Solomon helped to establish St. Lillian Academy, a school that caters to the needs of children with exceptionalities to help them succeed and become active members in the community. Mr. Solomon is also actively involved in the development of St. Andrew’s Village, a faith-based community where adults with disabilities, as well as those without disabilities, will be afforded housing, social, recreational, and vocational opportunities. Mr. Solomon serves as Chairman of the Board of St. Andrew’s Village.
