I began as a programmer in 1980, now I develop services in the 'Cloud', that is commercial business systems accessed via the web using a browser.

Everything I build is delivered using the PaaS model -  'Platform_as_a_Service' (this is a variant of the SaaS Pay-As-you-Go model). I also have established web services that deliver Digital Document Archiving, E-Billing, Help Desk, Web & Server Monitoring with SMS alerts for engineers. I am also very focused on Smart Phone Apps, from Smart Audio to a PURL service which can be used for marketing to mobile phones, also Micro Surveys and an innovative Garden Audio service .... quite a few different product developments. For 25 of my formative years in the PLC world, I was a senior IT manager starting in Software Development and ending with Data Center management, finally managing all the vendor service contracts. Along the way I picked up some accounting experience - complex IT budgets and large scale software projects. I also managed a variety of IT projects including DR & Business Continuity fail over testing.
