David Braniff-Herbert

David is a Human Rights campaigner, Trade Union and Community Organiser who currently sits on the TUC LGBT Committee.

David is currently working with the Transport and Salaried Staffs Association as an Industrial Organiser. He is the founder and National Co-ordinator for Young Workers Month and was previously the National Organiser for the award-winning anti-fascist HOPE not hate campaign, David, a lifelong Trade Unionist and community organiser, formally represented finance workers for trade union Unite before graduating at the TUC Organising Academy in 2006.

David is a member of the GMB trade union and currently sits on the GMB's National Equality Forum as well as the TUC's LGBT Committee
