With over 30 years of experience at HP, I've had the opportunity to hone my customer satisfaction skills across HP products & services including electronic components, consulting and most recently, HP Software.  I learned that it is not the product or service that keeps the customer coming back, but the relationships built while delivering that product or service to the customer.

Outside of HP, I am the owner & marketer of American made Back To Work Time Clock software. In addition, I implement custom Facebook pages, website & social media integration for non-profit organizations & small businesses. My goal is to deliver solutions that are powerful, user-friendly and relevant.

Listening is my first priority when assessing a project.  A new client can begin anywhere.  Whether ideas arrive on post-it notes or business plans, my methods are consistent: listen, design, and execute.  The bottom line: I fulfill customer needs without letting technology get in the way!
