Since 2014, David Muscato of Fairfield, CT, has served as home service division president with Schwan Food Company, one of America’s largest privately owned frozen food companies. As president, David Muscato is accountable for roughly 6,400 employees at 400 locations nationwide. Working from the company’s Bloomington MN headquarters he leads a team that organizes and executes the company’s finance, human resources, supply chain, production, marketing, and sales operations in North America, and he regularly reports on business activities to the Schwan executive committee and the CEO at the company headquarters in Minnesota.

A graduate of Bentley College, he earned a baccalaureate degree in marketing in 1984 and later earned an MBA at Pepperdine University, after working several years for Pepsi Cola Company in the California-Nevada sales region. Post MBA, he served at Nestle Waters, a division of the Nestle Group and the largest bottled water company in North America. He worked in executive management positions at Nestle until 2014, leading new business development, marketing, and sales operations in excess of $700 million in revenue annually.
