David Yorio DO

David Yorio, DO, serves as a locum tenens physician in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. Certified in ACLS and BLS, he also holds NRCME certification to perform DOT physicals. Committed to keeping up with the various changes within the medical field, he is a member at the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association. Prior to his current position, Dr. David Yorio spent some time working as a family medicine physician and a locum tenens family medicine physician in various cities.

Dr. David Yorio began preparing for his successful career in medicine by attending the University of Massachusetts. After receiving his bachelor of science in biochemistry from the university, he continued his education at the UMDNJ School of Osteopathic Medicine, receiving his doctorate of osteopathy before going on to his internship and residency. Throughout his career, David Yorio, MD, has gained valuable experience in treating a diverse population of patients with a variety of medical needs, having worked in the areas of workers’ compensation, urgent care, and family practice.
