I’m Tamara Romeo, also known as The Design Boss —

founder of San Diego Office Design and Southcoast Design Group, two award-winning firms specializing in commercial interiors, multi-family communities, and boutique hospitality spaces.

For over 16 years, my team and I have transformed more than four million square feet of space into environments that help people thrive at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

From luxury apartments and senior living communities to student housing and office environments, our goal is to design spaces that look incredible, function flawlessly, and tell your brand’s story beautifully.

When I’m not creating new environments, you’ll find me traveling, collecting design inspiration from around the world, or cuddling my two rescue kitties.
