I work as a multi-functional leader, rallying employees, teams, organizations and communities to address complex problems; which I abstract and restate in simpler terms to make the tasks actionable.

I am fully immersed as I provide leadership and develop comprehensive solutions, drawing on skills gleaned in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors.
