Mark Wagner

Mark is a fourth generation officer of The Salvation Army. He was commissioned and ordained in 1989.
Mark married Isobel in 1982. They have five adult children and eight grand-children. With Isobel, Mark spent 35 years in joint pastoral ministry, serving congregations across Canada, including two churches he planted. He had additional responsibility as an Area Commander in British Columbia for three years.
He was also Dean of the School of Continuing Studies at Booth University College; and at The Salvation Army's national headquarters in Toronto he resourced churches across Canada and Bermuda. He was interim pastor at North Toronto Community Church before taking up, and then finally entering retirement from, his role as lead pastor at Kelowna Community Church.
