Dylan DeNicholas

Dylan DeNicholas, a business student at Pennsylvania State University, has proven adept at analyzing and documenting business processes. As a summer intern with the Atalanta Corporation, he interviewed 50 professionals at all levels and plotted the workflow of the Corporation using Microsoft Visio software. Ultimately effective in improving workflow efficiency, Dylan DeNicholas also played a key role in information and inventory transfer following a merger, and reduced divisional supply chain costs by a projected $200,000. Currently in his junior year of undergraduate study, Dylan DeNicholas plans to continue his practical education with a co-op position at the Hershey Company and graduate on time in May of 2016.

Involved in his community, Dylan DeNicholas is active in THON. Based at Penn State, it ranks as the largest student-led philanthropy initiative worldwide. Participating through his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Mr. DeNicholas helps to raise money for pediatric cancer research and care at Hershey Medical Center. He has also donated more than 500 hours to the Watchung Rescue Squad, with whom he volunteered five hours per week as a high school student.
