E. J. "Jay" Williams, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Jay Williams Group (TJWG), an international marketing and management consulting firm which provides services to broadcasting, media, film, corporate, government and faith-based clients. Jay has worked with clients in France, Canada, England, The Bahamas, Japan, Australia, South Africa and many throughout the U.S.

Mr. Williams has assisted companies in their plans for expansion, developed and implemented strategic plans for a governmental broadcasting system, and set up new companies. His forte’ is in developing and executing extensive marketing plans for companies, improving their performance, providing advice to boards, CEOs, COOs, CMOs and CFOs.

Mr. Williams has over 14 years of senior leadership in the network radio industry and has been president of two networks. His most recent role-outside of consulting, from 1999 through 2006 was as President of American Urban Radio Networks (AURN), America's largest minority owned network radio company. In this role, he had responsibility for sales, marketing, advertising, program development, promotion, public relations, research, strategic planning, new ventures and corporate development. Under his leadership, he grew the company from one network to four networks serving 400+ radio station affiliates and over 25 million listeners a week.
