Independent Consultant in Madrid, España
I was born naked in 1974 and grew up in Madrid. I received primary education at Colegio Estilo, secondary at the Liceo Europeo. I tried to understand Economic Sciences at the Complutense University of Madrid. Not sure I did, I looked deeper into business admin. via a Master's Degree at ESCP Europe (Madrid-Oxford), where I met my lovely French wife and mother of my children.
I enjoyed London for some years, working at IBM Global Services and as a technology Research Consultant at Frost & Sullivan. In 2003 I moved to Madrid, but not before spending several months backpacking across South America. Once in Madrid, I was Senior Consultant at Capgemini's Telecom & Media practice. Then I worked 7 years attracting foreign direct investment (ICT, Outsourcing and HQs) to the Madrid Region at PromoMadrid until the company was shut down by the Regional Government in 2013. I managed for a couple of years the Madrid International LAB, a business incubator for foreign companies and international entrepreneurs that belongs to the Madrid City Council.
Currently, I work as an Independent Consultant on projects related to innovation, entrepreneurship, foreign investment, international trade, market research, project management and management consulting.
