Elaine Hilton

Elaine Hilton is a Tacoma native, a REALTOR and an active member of her community. She has served on the boards of the YWCA, North End Neighborhood Council, Tacoma Community Council and was a founding member of Partners in Home Ownership. Elaine is passionate about real estate and fair housing, and has been a City of Tacoma Human Rights Commissioner. An active REALTOR, she is a past President of the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS, their 2004 REALTOR of the Year and the recipient of the REALTOR Community Service Award on both the local and state level. She was also awarded the REALTORS Special Achievement Award on both the local and state level.
