Erik Neu

Erik Neu is a German photographer, born 1966 in Duisburg in the industrial heartland of Germany. His work focuses primarily on aesthetic research related to the theme of physical work.

After several years of freelance work, Erik Neu made his first of what would become many trips to S.E.Asia. Traveling on a motorcycle with little more than a bag of clothes and some prime lenses, he made his way across Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar... exploring these countries with his camera.

Erik Neu is a photographer of people with a wealth of experience photographing the down and out, the high and mighty, and everyone in between. He is friendly guy easy to work with, practicing the art of photography and constantly refining his style.
