Born in Barbados as Simone Clinton and raised in Brooklyn, NY, taking on the stage name of Mone, she Co-Founded FamFirst Music Group (FFMG) with her partner in crime, Brady Hirschhorn. FFMG is a group of different families that have come together as one.

Representing FFMG are artists such as KhylieRenee, Gwap Boyz, Threezy 23Hunnit, Maniac Dillinger, Eddy Cash, Damien Lawless, Street Dreams Music Group, Too Turnt, Dutch40 and Kobe Russel. Mone has also worked with other artists such as Messiah B and Jay G.

Mone specializes in management, artist development, performing, singing and writing. Her songs are emotional, creative and innovative. Her style is not easily defined but can be best described as a mix of pop, hip hop and R&B. She is a lyricist who creates truthful music about life, raw emotions, politics, addressing social issues, economics, provoking change and encouraging conciousness.
