Francis Kondik

Francis Kondik is a commercial and industrial roofing industry professional with over 30 years of experience. He currently serves as Manager and Member of Dega Enterprises LLC, an Austin, Texas-based company specializing in commercial and industrial roofing. Dega Enterprises is fully licensed and bonded and holds certificates authorizing it to install both low-slope and metal roofs. As Manager, Francis Kondik oversees the company's daily operations and supervises an average of 30 employees.

Francis Kondik began working in the commercial and industrial roofing industry following his graduation from college, eventually becoming a Supervisor for Cram Construction in Houston, Texas. He then worked for nine years as an Operation Manager for the CentiMark Corporation, performing project management, sales and estimating, and client development. In 2001, Mr. Kondik accepted a role as Vice President of Single-Ply Operations at D.R. Kidd Company, Inc., where he worked on projects from start to finish, performing duties including marketing, production, and collections.

Under Francis Kondik's direction, Dega Enterprises has worked on numerous high-profile projects, including the Seton Medical Center Women's Tower expansion, the 1890 Ranch shopping center, the New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, and several Silverado Theaters. Dega Enterprises specializes in built-up, modified bitumen, single-ply, and metal roofs, and there are no current lawsuits, claims, judgments, or arbitration proceedings against Mr. Kondik or the company.
