Frank Evanshen

From humble beginnings in Montreal, Canada, Frank Evanshen has fashioned an entrepreneurial career in several sectors, including real estate, restaurant, venture capitalism, and technology. He currently serves as President, CEO, and Chairman of WordLogic, which boosts business productivity and accuracy through predictive text technology. Frank Evanshen also established the venture capital firm MCC Meridian Capital Corporation; Market Central; and Seguro Resources, where he served as President. At Kappa Resources, another of his startups, he became President and primary shareholder.

Frank Evanshen’s areas of expertise include capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, management transitions, and operations. His business ventures have taken him to Australia, as well as Canada’s Vancouver and Toronto, and included everything from pizza stores to marine positioning technology. The entrepreneur’s success has enabled him to pursue his avid interests in golf and skiing, with a ski chalet in Whistler, British Columbia, and a cottage in the Muskoka region of Ontario, with a membership at the Port Carling Golf & Country Club. A devoted husband and father, Frank Evanshen completed a BA in Psychology and Economics at Loyola College in Montreal, now known as Concordia University.
