Frank O. Fox

As the Co-Founder of The Law Firm of Fox and Fox, Frank O. Fox provides his expertise and high-level of experience representing clients in Family Law, Probate, and Will and Trusts legal matters. As the principal counsel of the firm, Mr. Fox has successfully represented client for over 22 years and specializes in complex Family Law issues. The Los Angeles-based firm represents its clients in such legal areas as divorce proceedings, domestic disputes, restraining orders, child custody cases, spousal support, property disputes in relation to marital dissolutions, child support, and modifications of support. Frank O. Fox's aggressive style and expert knowledge in Family Law have helped many of his clients to successfully resolve the litigation of family matters.

Mr. Fox also specializes in estate planning, probate, and real estate litigation. He is a licensed real estate broker; by combining his knowledge of law with his expertise in real estate, Mr. Fox is adept in the preparation and negation of commercial leases, sale agreements, and escrow instructions. He also handles complaints of partition and to quiet title. His estate planning and probate services include the preparation of will and trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and other complex civil matters.

Frank O. Fox received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and joined the California State Bar in 1985. Mr. Fox is also a member of the Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota and the District of Columbia as well.

Along with serving his clients, Frank O. Fox is also active within his community and offers his time and expertise in law-related matters. He serves as a volunteer Mediator and a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
