Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer/ Chief Marketing Officer

  • Type letters, memos, agendas, forms, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Answer and screen telephone calls; route necessary calls to appropriate personnel
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls and personal appointments using Microsoft Outlook; maintain heavy calendar
  • Manage mass mailings (both via email and snail mail), e-campaigns and social media for CEO and CFO using print mailing, e-Campaign, Constant Contact and MailChimp software
  • Work closely with CEO and Content Creative Director on articles/ white papers and blogs; heavy proofreading of copy prior to disseminating and/ or posting on website via WordPress
  • Meet and greet clients and prospects; set up conference room for sales presentations
    Arrange catering orders for breakfast and/ or lunch meetings
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements; accompany CEO and/ or CFO on industry trade shows
  • Interface with Information Technology manager for troubleshooting of any on-site computer workstation issues
  • Create all electronic paperless files
