Gary S. Rosenfield presently acts as a consultant for LED lighting and technology companies, serving in general management, product planning, marketing, and business development capacities. Currently working with start-ups to multibillion dollar companies, Gary S. Rosenfield is helping organizations penetrate the North American LED lighting market. With more than 20 years of experience in business leadership, Gary S. Rosenfield has led the growth of multiple firms into the double digits. Whether involved in such areas as marketing, sales, customer service, or operations, he has helped increase the profitability of businesses he has worked with.
Prior to his current consulting roles, Gary S. Rosenfield served as the General Manager of JuiceWorks LLC, a joint venture LED lighting company owned by Generation Brands. He led the development and introduction of their first products, which won lighting industry awards. Before joining JuiceWorks and Generation Brands, he started Growth Solutions & Resources, Inc., also known as GSR, Inc. This consulting practice helps mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies to grow profitably through Gary's support in business development, and building product, sales and marketing strategies.
In the four years prior to starting his own firm, Gary S. Rosenfield was the Vice President/General Manager at Timberlake Cabinet Company, where he led sales, marketing, and service operations for this $300+ million division of American Woodmark Corporation. He refined the business strategy and relaunched the Timberlake brand, introducing new products and a fresh brand message. His team achieved record results in operational metrics and he standardized their sales training program. Gary S. Rosenfield earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, and also studied in the Business and Marketing Management Program at Boston University.
