Graham has been in the IT & Telecoms industry for over 25 years working with unified communications, video conferencing/telepresence, TDM & IP telephony as well as the whole Microsoft suite of servers and applications.

From engineering to technical support to IT management to pre-sales and then onto sales, Graham has a vast experience of working with all types of customers.

Graham is currently Neat's Director of Global Technical Sales for their Alliances, working with R&D teams, partners and customers to ensure products and experiences are exceptional.

Graham was awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in October 2020 for M365 Apps & Services, for the work and contributions to Microsoft Teams. Graham is also the founder and host of MTDAMA, a monthly community call focusing on all things Microsoft Teams Devices. Graham is also the co-host of the Microsoft UC User Group in London which meets up quarterly.

Prior to joining Neat, Graham was at Crestron Electronics as the Technical Solutions Director for their Worldwide UC Device Partners. Graham also spent nearly five years at Pexip as the Director for Solutions Architecture driving the Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams certification. Graham also spent seven years at Polycom covering a variety of roles from pre-sales to Microsoft alliance and channel management.
