A D.C. native, Holla Walla, born Wayne A. Waller, has accomplished a lot in his years in the radio business. With one of the most notable being his work at WPGC-AM Heaven 1580 (Washington, DC), a 24-hour, 50,000 watts gospel radio station (VIACOM/CBS). While at WPGC Holla Walla not only served as Music Director and produced the number 1 rated morning show, Joy In The Morning with Cheryl & Jaye. A morning show that featured uplifting awe-inspiring music as well as celebrity interviews, and his very own Gospel Segment aptly named, “The Industry Buzz With Holla”. While accomplishing so much at WPGC it was nothing short of amazing that Holla Walla could find the time to also work as the regional representative for ND Company and The Church House Music Label under the leadership and knowledge of Gospel Industry guru Neily Dickerson.

After receiving much admiration for his efforts and work with others Holla Walla decided to put more effort into his own projects. Thus, in 2004, The B Factor Talent Agency was born. Holla Walla would use this artist management, development, and image consultant firm to help upcoming artists and business transition to making an impact in the music industry. And with years of experience Holla Walla has a lot of knowledge to share with the world. Today his company assists labels, independent artists, and entertainers in marketing and how to better their business through publicity, talent imaging, and radio and retail promotions.
