Hona Costello is an American hip-hop artist from Chicago/Chicago Heights, IL - home to legends such as Kanye West, Michael Jordan, Common, and more. During his earlier years, he was signed to IBK/KOCH with group "Detour", which had spawned the critically acclaimed single "Gucci, Louie, Whatever". After leaving the group, Hona traveled to Los Angeles, CA to pursue his dreams. In 2011, he released his debut mixtape "Follow Me" which received over 20,000 downloads and was on TheJourneyThroughLawSchool’s “Top 50 Albums of 2011″. In 2012,Hona Costello released the West Coast jam/smoking anthem that has been featured on the likes of Smoking Section, YouHeardThatNew, DJBooth, Earmilk, and more called "High".
