Jorge Barrière's strengths lie in harnessing his clients’ and colleagues’ business, social, and creative energy, and fueling collective commercial success. While at times he’s worked multiple careers concurrently, he now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area where he brings his public and private sector experience, mixed with entrepreneurial skillsets, to spark growth and innovation to his endeavors. His specialty is equipping big thinkers with the tools to realize their vision.

Companies with which Jorge's worked include the Kaiser Family Foundation, the US Air Force, the Coachella Music Festival, Caffeine TV, F50 Ventures, WHILL, Challenger Schools, ONE Coconut Water, Flavorpill, CAPCOM, Hollywood Records, JamBase, Osborne Consulting, and Rogers & Cowan, in numerous capacities.

Beginning his military career in 1996, he's served tours in the continental US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. In 2008, Jorge deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Qatar, including a diplomatic mission to Turkmenistan on behalf of the US State Department, as part of the dawn of an American military collaboration with Iran's northern neighbor.

Later that year, Jorge began a three-year stint on the production team of the West Beach Music Festival, a rock/pop/electro/reggae festival held on Santa Barbara’s West Beach.

Converting creative energy to business success, Jorge's worked in numerous capacities with the likes of the Foo Fighters, Christina Aguilera, Dr. Dre, Maroon 5, Jason Mraz, the Jonas Brothers, Linda Perry, Jon Brion, the Section Quartet, Alejandra Guzman, Rebelution, and Shyboy, to name a few.

He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Music Industry Studies, and a minor in Business Leadership/Organizational Behavior from the University of the Pacific, having had legendary music attorney Dick Etlinger (Casablanca Records, Priority Records, Playboy Enterprises) as his mentor. He currently sits on the Advisory Board and is a guest lecturer for the Music Industry Studies program at Pacific in the fields of Artist Management and Record Label Operations. As a military officer, he served on the headquarters staff of the 129th Rescue Wing and volunteers from time to time with the Civil Air Patrol.
