A Gold Stevie Award Winner for Female Entrepreneur of the Year, J. Melissa Cooper has a Bachelor of Arts in English and from Brandeis University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from New York University. In 2009, she cofounded both the national recruiting firm HirePerfect and the professional resume service RezBiz. J. Melissa Cooper functioned as HirePerfect’s Chief Human Resources Officer for four years and continues to serve as one of the company’s managing partners. The national resume writing firm Talent, Inc., acquired RezBiz in 2014. Since that time, Ms. Cooper has served Talent, Inc., as an Executive Vice President.
Ms. Cooper also became an advisory board member of Enterprising Women Magazine in 2014. This association of business professionals is dedicated to providing leadership and inspiration to thousands of women entrepreneurs across the globe. Enterprising Women grants board membership to only the top business owners and corporate representatives in their respective fields.
