Jack of all trades in fact... My career has included:

• teaching for many years (English and Afrikaans and some History)
• marketing, both in the corporate world in Johannesburg and tourism on The Mountain, as well as the Warriors Gap Year program - see www.mountaingetaways.co.za and www.warriors.co.za
• gardening professionally inrden Johannesburg and here, and of course my own extensive 6ha garden of which I am very proud
• These days much energy goes into providing accommodation in three cottages on Sequoia Gardens and maintaining the gardens, which are open to the public - see http://sequoiagardens.wordpress.com and www.facebook.com/sequoiastay
