James is a multi-instrumentalist who received his Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis in education from Cal Poly Pomona. While at Cal Poly Pomona he was the Director of the Bronco Pep Band, a student conductor for the Concert Band, and also performed with many ensembles including the Jazz Band, Latin/Salsa Band, and the Songwriter Showcase. James teaches private lessons in Music Theory, Guitar, Bass, Drumset, Piano, Vocals, and Trumpet. He also is ocassionaly seen performing around the Southern California area.
