Jeff Quade

Jeffrey Quade has a business plan-driven approach when applying his human resources expertise, whether it is for small- to mid-size businesses or the Fortune 500 companies he has assisted, including Dell, Cisco Systems, Inc., and GE Industrial Systems. Jeffrey Quade's international expertise includes a strong understanding of the broad views of company operations while still being familiar with the smaller details. This stems from his experience both as an entrepreneur and his work with large companies. Jeffrey Quade's method includes general management and systems aspects, ensuring that results are measured and all stakeholders are adequately listened to. Jeffrey Quade's achievements throughout his career include making changes to a sales team that yielded a 30 percent revenue increase, a 74 percent buying increase, and a 37 percent margin increase. He joined Austin-based LGE Execs in 2010 at a time when larger businesses were streamlining their operations in response to economic downturn. As such, human resources professionals were in high demand, and Jeffrey Quade assisted LGE Execs in reaching their goals. As Organization Effectiveness Practice Leader, he developed and implemented best practices for a 130-member consulting staff whose reach extends to Europe and Asia. Jeffrey Quade specialized in senior team coaching, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership changes. Jeffrey Quade is involved in the Human Resource planning Society, the Society for Human Resource Management, and WorldatWork, a non-profit organization founded to raise awareness of human resources issues. He completed his graduate work at Western Kentucky University, where he received his Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the science of organization, workplaces, and employees. Jeffrey Quade attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology.
