Jeffrey Benson

Mr. Benson is an experienced Business Process Re-engineering & Lean Six Sigma practitioner, and is presently in a dual certification program with Mountain Home Training and Consulting to become certified. He is passionate about improving business process efficiency and effectiveness and delivering results for his employer. He is trained in the DMAIC methodology and as a process investigator he looks at the evidence, conducts research to gather the relevant data and take measurements, explores cause and effect relationships, interviews process participants and stakeholders, and then creates and implements action plans. His investigative and imaginative problem solving skills help him to see the big picture while digging into the minute details.

Mr. Benson strives for “Systems Thinking” – seeking to comprehend the entire system, causal relationships as well as critical dependencies and organizational culture. Successful process consultation requires the ability to understand and influence the culture. To achieve the benefits of business process re-engineering or Six Sigma projects, leaders must transform the culture as well as the process and supporting tools.
