I am a Chicago-based corporate counsel at Verizon, where I provide legal support to the company's retail and hospitality enterprise verticals. Before Verizon, I was Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and General Counsel, at Global Capacity, where I was responsible for managing day-to-day legal and regulatory functions, retaining and overseeing the work of outside counsel, and supporting cross-functional business teams. As a member of Global Capacity's executive management and senior leadership teams, I also provided senior executives with advice on corporate strategies, complex business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity.

Prior to Global Capacity, I worked at a boutique communications law firm in Washington, D.C., and Chicago, where I assisted companies with regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and represented clients before federal government agencies and the United States Congress. I also served as an Attorney-Advisor in the Policy Division of the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Media Bureau and Acting Legal Advisor to the Chief of the Media Bureau in Washington, D.C., and was an insurance defense litigator in Miami, Florida. I am licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois, and the District of Columbia.

I also serve on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) Chicago chapter.
