Joe is an Interactive / Engagement Marketing & Research Consultant for media companies and brands. He built and headed Integrated Consumer Marketing departments for both Universal Music and Warner Music Group where he successfully introduced and built Direct-To-Consumer Marketing / CRM strategies, campaigns and platforms. He also founded and ran a D2C Marketing Agency and Social Research Agency. More recently Joe directed all digital and relationship marketing for video game start-up 4MM Games, in partnership with Def Jam Enterprises.

Joe has directed some of the highest profile artist and interactive marketing & research initiatives across categories, and worked closely with top talent, such as Madonna, Bon Jovi, Green Day, U2, Faith Hill, & Sting, as well as with the world's leading entertainment, media and consumer product brands, such as MTV, HBO, Frito Lay, Apple, Sony and Verizon.

Joe holds an MBA and BS with concentrations in Management and Marketing. Joe's work has been recognized by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) who honored him with two top ECHO Awards and has won honors by AdAge for innovative campaign design and results. Case studies of his work are also highlighted in The Customer Loyalty Solution by direct marketing pioneer, Arthur Hughes. He has presented at a variety of Industry events and is referenced in many Online, Direct Marketing and Research trade publications; including the cover of CRM Gurus Peppers & Rogers' 1 To 1 Magazine.
