Joel Sanchez

Joel Sanchez calls Albuquerque his home, and resides in the heart of Nob Hill with his wife and child. After moving to Albuquerque in 2000 from El Paso, TX, Joel positioned himself as a local musician touring the country with various rock and roll acts whose credits include music in The Italian Job, The Osbournes Season 2, and video games such as EA’s NHL 2006. He also created Detour Music Productions, through which he writes music for local advertising agencies and film productions. In 2005, he married into a family of Realtors. That laid the foundation for a blossoming new real estate career. Joel’s passion for the profession, which he calls “the best job I’ve ever had,” shows in both his plucky on-the-job demeanor and his attention to detail. Integrity is on the top of Joel’s list when it comes to handling client transactions. Joel enjoys meeting new people, and considers his occupation more of a journey than a job.
