My dream job is Jack Bauer's with a few less explosions. Since that may not happen my backups are to be the CTO/CIO of a small organization with a strong internal culture, designed to promote collaboration and creativity, a criminal investigator for the US Government or a superhero. So far in this working life of mine, I've worn many interesting hats, including that of a janitor, cabinet maker, property manager, construction worker, customer service specialist, waiter, ski instructor, sales specialist, police officer, business analyst & application support. I wouldn't trade these life experiences for anything.

I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Utah State University, graduated from the University of Utah with a Master of Science in Information Systems, and a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University. I’m currently working for Western Governors University in their IT Department as a Scrum Master and also have several of my own projects going on.

I have a lovely wife, amazing son, cute dog, and small home. I'm a good shot and a closet geek, but that's between you and me. If I could afford the latest tech toy and outdoor gear, I'd have it. Things I enjoy doing include traveling, snow skiing/snowboarding, camping, spending time outdoors, and fine dining, just to name a few. Having grown up in Utah, I've been fortunate enough to have an awesome "backyard" where I've been able to explore everywhere from Moab to Park City and all the way up to Bear Lake, in the very northern part of Utah.
