I am a Rural and social Development practitioner through collaborative action of mainstream ,market and Civil Society Agencies. Based at Ranchi, I presently work as a freelance consultant in Livelihood, Institutional Development ,public policy and agri business domain assist clients in project planning, management and Development research. Till date I have been fortunate to be professionally associated with KGVK Agro Limited,National Institute of Administrative Research ,Sir Dorabjee Tata Trust, Government of Jharkhand, Indian Grameen Service,Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiative, BASIX,Sir Ratan Tata Trust,National Dairy Development Board,ICICI Bank and Professional Assistance for Development Action among others.

Academics: By qualification I am a Rural Management Graduate from Institute of Rural Management Anand(IRMA)(PGDRM 2006-08) and trained as a Applied Geologist by Jadavpur University(M.SC, Applied Geology, 1997 – 1999);Presently pursuing Masters in Population Studies from International institute of Population Sciences;I have qualified national accredation tests like GATE in Geology and Geophysics (All India Ranking 57) conducted by IIT and SLET’99 in Earth Sciences conducted by West Bengal College Service Commission for selection and empanelment of Researchers and lecturers in Energy ,Earth & Environment Science Domain.

Skills & certifications: Trained as a Entrepreneurial Motivation Trainer by NIESBUD and as a painter by Bangiya Sangeet Kala Parishad ,Rabindra Bharati university I possess Application level knowledge of MS –Project, SPSS ,MS office package,webdesigning, and various MIS & GIS softwares .
